Josh Culver | Senior Pastor
Joshua Culver and his wife Rachel have served the local church (both far and wide), and preaching the Gospel for 3 decades. Many years after meeting in their youth ministry in Chattanooga, Josh married Rachel Hawkins in 1997 and the two have served side by side ever since. Along the way, God blessed them for 4 children (2 girls and 2 boys), a son and a daughter n law, and 2 grand children… so far. ;) “We started Harvest Point Church because God planted a vision in our hearts. To plant a church that held tight to His Word, desiring to experience Jesus and express Him too. We are a people of the Book that loving tell our neighbors and the nations about the goodness we have discovered in Jesus.” Come join us in the fight towards making Robertson County a place where heaven meets earth!
Mike Bowen | Missions Pastor
Mike Bowen and his wife Dr. Cindy Bowen have been in ministry for 39 years. Together, they have lived overseas as resident missionaries, and Mike has church planted and pastored all over the world. As the Missions Pastor at HPC, Mike works hard helping to equip our body to do the work of the ministry. Training and leading teams into outreach locally and on foreign fields. His vision for HPC is for our body to be a gathering where people can meet together with God, and go out equipped from there to introduce others to Him, both locally, and globally.
Noah Childers | Youth Minister
Noah Childers and his wife, Adison, have been in vocational ministry for since 2023. They have 2 beautiful children, one son and one daughter (so far!). Noah felt the call to youth ministry and to be apart of planting Harvest Point while living in South Carolina, immediately uprooted and moved his family here excited to see the students growing and maturing in their faith. As our Youth Minister, Noah is a firm believer that every man, woman, and child should have the repeated opportunity to respond to the gospel. He envisions the body of HPC serving our local and global neighbors and showing the love of Christ to all on a consistent basis.
Melissa Jansen | Children Minister
Melissa Jansen has been in ministry for 20 years serving in teen ministry, music ministry, and children’s ministry. Melissa was truly created to pour hope and encouragement into youth, and our kids are so lucky to have her! She was fortunate enough to belong to a youth group in her teenage years (which were quite difficult!) and her youth leader’s love, support, and guidance changed the course of her life. Now knowing that impact, she acts on the importance of sharing Jesus’ love with youth. Because it’s that realization that will sustain them through all of life’s hardships! Melissa has been married to her amazing husband, Keith since 2000 and they have 3 beautiful children. Her hope for Harvest Point is that we are an instrument to share God’s word to others. “We want to see lives changed! The joy and peace I have is indescribable! You just don’t want to hold something that good in!”
Megan Marlowe | Administrative Assistant
Though new to ministry, Megan Marlowe is a faithful servant of God and His church body and dives into the details to help our church staff achieve great things. She and her husband, Brandon, have been married for 23 years and have three sons who are active members of our HPC Youth Ministry. Megan’s prayer and vision for Harvest Point Church is that we would be a church that follows the Bible, clings to Jesus zealously, serves our neighbors well, and always have a passionate heart for speaking truth.
